What is your return policy for sharpened pencils?

We accept returns on all unused and unsharpened pencils within 30 days. For quality issues or defects, we provide full replacements regardless of whether the pencil has been sharpened.

Are your pencils made from sustainable materials?

Sustainability is a priority for us. Most of our pencils are crafted from FSC-certified cedar wood and feature non-toxic, biodegradable finishes.

Can I track my order after it has been placed?
