Whether you received a damaged shipment or simply changed your mind, our team is here to ensure a smooth and easy refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to start the return process.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and handled correctly.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the pencils in their original box and attach the shipping label to the outside of the package to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
